It’s actually all about you, not us. We get no satisfaction out of telling you why our products are so great – we get our kicks from finding out about you, what you want and how we can make sure you achieve it! This sometimes means that we make you fill in lovely questionnaires, endure question and answer sessions by phone, and sometimes we break from normal corporate moulds and come to your school to give you taster courses for free. I know. It’s crazy.
We are committed to putting quality before profit, but if we do make a profit, we plough it back into other areas of the company.
