Out-sourcing (OS)

All of our UK and overseas programmes work extremely well in isolation, but our Out-sourcing service provides a method by which any number of programmes can be combined to form an integrated personal development programme run throughout the school. The benefit is that all your outdoor activities are co-ordinated by Wilderness Expertise, taking the onus off you. Since all these activities are tailored to suit your exact requirements you can be sure that every activity will be of the highest quality and consistent to ensure progressive development throughout the year groups.

Expeditions

UK Programmes

We believe that small is beautiful and run a maximum of twenty school's expeditions per year providing quality experiential learning in remote overseas environments. Students lead the expedition themselves, with the guidance of fully qualified leaders.

UK Programmes is non-profit making and concentrates solely on the personal development of young adults (in full-time education and those excluded from main-stream education) within the UK.

All of these programmes offer a rich choice of opportunity and are run either on site or at outdoor centres, and some are run at camps in Europe. Programmes on offer include support for Duke of Edinburgh's Award, Key Skills, Wider Key Skills, Team-working and Leadership, Communication, Prefect Training and Activity Residentials.
