September: New year new team member!

We’re delighted to introduce the newest member of our Wilderness team – Tess, who joins Wilderness Expertise with a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for connecting people with the outdoors.

Tess brings with her an impressive background in operations and administrative support, always with a strong emphasis on client care. Her career began in the field of conservation, where she contributed to projects across Australia, South East Asia and the Caribbean.
These early experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the natural world and the importance of protecting it.

More recently, Tess has turned her focus to supporting UK based training programmes with young people, where she developed her skills in coordinating logistics, streamlining operations, and ensuring participants receive the very best experience.

A strong believer in lifelong learning, Tess is especially excited about her new role at Wilderness Expertise. She’s looking forward to helping even more students discover the value of adventure, personal growth, and developing a love for the outdoors.

Tess will be working in the office, keeping us all organised and on time with our events and expeditions.
